LCI was founded by Mark Landwehr in 1990.  Mark started in the construction industry as a laborer in 1973.  He worked road construction while putting himself through college. After graduation he decided to stay in construction, working for several different construction companies between 1973 and 1989.  Mark was a supervisor before venturing out on his own in 1990.

Landmark Concrete, Inc. specializes in the concrete placement of curb & gutter, pavement, poured walls, driveways, sidewalks, colored & stamped concrete and pervious concrete.

LCI has always been a Union company having signed agreements with the Laborers, 49ers and Cement Masons.

We serve the entire state of Minnesota as well as parts of Iowa, North & South Dakota and Wisconson.
